Upcoming Classes:
Judy’s Tuesday Tutorials
July 16 ~ 9am to 12 pm - August 13, and September 10 ~ 10am to 2:30pm
Judy will teach you the fundamentals of a specific quilting technique and present a small project on which you can practice your new skill. Beginners to advanced quilters will find these topics helpful and fun. Perhaps you would like a topic not listed below – let us know.

July Tutorial – Disapearing 4 patch, 9 patch, and Pinwheel Quilts
Tuesday, July 16 9am until Noon
These patterns have been around for a few years, but if you haven’t tried them, now’s the time to learn. We will make 3 small samples in class and then you can choose the one you want to make into a larger quilt.
Maybe you’ll want to make all 3!
Class Fee: $15 + supplies

August Tutorial - Strip Tube Quilt
Tuesday, August 13 10:30am until 3pm
Join Judy to create this amazing quilt! It uses 2 ½” strips (jelly rolls, Bali pops, or stash strips) that mysteriously turn into squares.
It looks complicated but Judy assures us that it is SEW EASY!!
Class Fee ~ $20 + book and supplies

You'll want to mark your calendar for this one!

Sue Wilson, from Quiltworx is returning this fall for a 6-session workshop on the Mariner’s Compass quilt top designed by Judy Niemeyer. The dates are October 11th and 12th and again on October 25th and 26th and then it will finish on Nov. 22nd and 23rd.

A new technique will be taught each day while making this pattern, which prepares you to tackle any Quiltworx pattern in the future. This pattern is exclusive to certified Quiltworx instructors and certified shops and not available to purchase without participating in the workshop.

The cost of the workshops is $150.00 total and each workshop will run from 10:30am – 4:30pm. Lunch is not provided so you are asked to bring your own lunch or order one in from a downtown restaurant (menus are available at the shop).
